AVAILABLE TO YOU:

Handcrafted or milled homes.  Our homes are built with your choice of log species and plan and complete, only after they have been sanded and buffed.  Detailed according to plan and inspected by the yard manager. 

Bare peeling, for a completely bare log, skip peeled logs for a different, more rustic look

Scandinavian notch, round notch or saddle corner notches, chinked house or the Dove tail

Picnic tables

Log railing- interior or exterior

Log stairs-straight or spiral

Character wood for posts etc for interior or exterior of the home

Log beam, truss and joist work as per plans 

Window packages to accompany your home

Varieties of house logs, TPI Graded - Douglas Fir, Pine, Engleman Spruce and Western Red Cedar

Necessary hardware to complete your home ie: settler jacks, drift pins, through bolts nuts and washers, key way material, sil gasket, knife plates. All products of Canada

TPI Grading ( Timber products inspection )

Shipping from the DBD Contracting yard can be arranged by DBD and paid for by the client upon arrival of the home
